Rakuichi
Rakuichi is a famous local Soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant in the region. People travel from all over the world simply to eat there. It’s in a small unmarked wooden house set back on the block of land on the corner of the road up to Annupuri. Upon entry you are warmly by owners Tatsuru and Midori Rai, Midori in a beautiful Kimono and Tatsuru in traditional Japanese chef’s attire. We have been asked to shoot some images of Rakuichi for a number of magazines and newspapers.
